Gold

This package includes email support, phone support, semi-annual upgrades including the new features of IncrediPower™, as well as access to all newly created online tutorials for training.

Platinum

This package include email support, phone support and periodical remote training sessions. Also included are semi-annual upgrades including the new features of IncrediPower™, as well as access to all newly created online tutorials for training.
