Need to Return a product?
To return a hardware
product to
Ineva USA, Inc., you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
service department at

or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.

- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general,

USA, Inc.
accepts returns on merchandise within
14 days.
IF the product is authorized, credit
will be issued toward one of the following:

FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

A FULL CASH REFUND

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON
RETURNED ITEMS. Customers
are responsible for all shipping charges back to
Ineva USA, Inc.
on returned items.

Software Warranty:
Software is offered on a 14 day evaluation
basis. There is no charge to evaluate the software.
Once purchased, as with most software, it is not possible to
give a refund on the product. All software contains an
EULA (End Users License Agreement) that must be agreed to upon
installation. This is a legal and binding contract.
So please read and refer to that EULA if you have any questions.
