Need to Return a product?

To return a hardware product to Ineva USA, Inc., you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at service@inevausa.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem

In general, Ineva USA, Inc. accepts returns on merchandise within 14 days. IF the product is authorized, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

  • FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

  • A FULL CASH REFUND
  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Ineva USA, Inc. on returned items.
  • Please call for address to return product to.

Software Warranty:

Software is offered on a 14 day evaluation basis.  There is no charge to evaluate the software.  Once purchased, as with most software, it is not possible to give a refund on the product.  All software contains an EULA (End Users License Agreement) that must be agreed to upon installation.  This is a legal and binding contract.  So please read and refer to that EULA if you have any questions.

Hardware returns within 14 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at Ineva USA, Inc. discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
